Visitors to the estaro website can find out about estaro's products and services. The content ranges from product information to general information about the company. The estaro online shop offers a wide range of stainless steel products. The range includes in particular products such as stainless steel pipes, pipe bends, round bars and stainless steel sheets. In addition to the aforementioned product range, the estaro online shop also offers services relating to stainless steel processing and goods manufacturing. The digital platform of the website is designed in such a way that the content can be found, accessed and used by any natural person in the usual manner without any particular difficulty. The digital platform for the online shop is designed in the same way, but requires activation by estaro before it can be used. Furthermore, estaro provides contact options.

As a commercial entity, estaro endeavours to make its website and online shop accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council, particularly for the marketing of stainless steel products and the services offered there.
Accessibility includes, among other things:
- full operability of all functions via keyboard,
- a clear, consistent and predictable page structure with correct headings and landmarks,
- comprehensible forms, labels and error messages,
- the ability to enlarge text content without losing information,
- meaningful text alternatives for all relevant images and graphics, especially for product illustrations.
When using the website, the customer can find out about the content offered and contact estaro using the contact form. Products can be added to the shopping cart and special services can be requested using the appropriate forms. The order is completed by filling in the required form fields in the checkout process. After completing the order, the customer will receive an automatic order and shipping confirmation. Customer service is available for queries by email, telephone or via the contact form.
Accessibility of processes: Each of these steps is designed so that assisting technologies (such as screen readers) can capture the necessary information and input fields can be operated.

The accessibility requirements are derived from Section 3 of the BFSG and the associated regulation. In accordance with Section 4 of the BFSG, this website and the estaro online shop implement the requirements of harmonised standard (EN) 301 549.
