Shipping information
We offer various shipping options so that you can receive your order conveniently:Standard shipping by freight forwarder
We ship our items within Germany by freight forwarder as standard. We charge a flat rate of €118.50 for freight forwarder shipping.On request, we can ship your goods as a consignment delivery, with your delivery note or strictly neutral in your name.
Shipping by parcel service
- Maximum dimensions: 1.7 metres
- Maximum weight: 30 kg
Shipping by parcel service within Germany costs € 22.50.
Shipping by parcel service within the EU costs € 50.00.
Local collection
You are also welcome to collect your order directly from us in Bad Sassendorf.Our collection times are:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Urgent orders can also be collected on the same day by arrangement.
Information about packaging
Standard packaging for pipes and round steel:Bundling of pipes/round steel with strapping and wrapping of the ends in film: € 17.50
Standard packaging of sheet metal:

Our minimum order value is € 250 plus additional costs.New customers:
- Orders with a value of less than € 2,500 must be paid for in advance when placing the first order.For further orders, your payment terms will be checked and, once successfully verified, we can grant you a credit limit.
- Orders with an order value above £2,500 will be checked directly against your payment terms.
Customers with a credit limit:
Invoice amounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction.
